Food contains nutrients that are helpful for our growth, repair of damaged cells, body building and for being healthy.

Sources of food:

1. Plant Source     
       Example: Cereals, pulses,oil seeds, vegetables, fruits.
                                                  

 2. Animal source
        Example: Milk, meat, eggs, fish, chiken.

Junk Food:

The food material which has less nutritional value or is unnecessary from the health point of view is junk food

Example: Pani puri, pizza, burger, gobi Manchurian and so on.
