Food is necessary for our growth, development and good health.
What does food contain?
Food contains nutrients that are helpful for our growth, repair of damaged cells, body building and for being healthy.
Sources of food:
1. Plant Source Example: Cereals, pulses,oil seeds, vegetables, fruits.
2. Animal source
Example: Milk, meat, eggs, fish, chiken.
